Yes — for every product, you’ll find a size chart (in cm/inches) and guidance on how to measure bust, waist, hip, and length. If you're unsure, you can also reach out to our support before placing the order.

We strive for true-to-life photography, but due to lighting and screen settings, slight variation can occur. If the color is significantly off, you may contact us on to discuss a return or exchange.

(Optional) We may offer limited customizations (length/fit adjustments) for some styles — please contact us before placing the order to check feasibility and any additional charges.

We periodically restock popular designs and launch seasonal / festival collections. If an item is out of stock, you can opt for a “Notify Me” or pre-order (if available).

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), UPI, net banking, digital wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, phone wallets) and Cash on Delivery.

Absolutely. All transactions go through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We never store full card details in our system.

No hidden costs. The final amount at checkout is inclusive of product, GST (if applicable), and shipping (if free). Some remote areas may have additional delivery charge, which is shown before finalizing your order.

We typically take 1–3 business days to pack and dispatch in-stock items (unless pre-order/custom). You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number once shipped.

Within India: usually 3–7 business days (depending on region).

You can request cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, we can’t guarantee changes.

1. KURTAS/ PANTS/ SETS/ TOPS/ DUPATTAS/ ACCESSORIES
   Return & Exchange due to (size and style issues) can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery for all online orders provided that tags should be intact, and product should be unused.
2. DAMAGED PRODUCT
   If a product is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery about returning or exchanging it; however 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to its style/design.
3. ALTERED PRODUCTS
   No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by customers.

For Undelivered Orders:
Orders can only be canceled before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatching an order, the courier partner will attempt thrice to deliver but if it remains undelivered then we initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days after deducting INR 200 per product as a shipping and PG charges inured by us.

For Delivered Orders (Prepaid or COD)
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 4 working days from delivery by email: contact@nakshjaipur.com OR by WhatsApp: 7976694026 (preferred for faster resolution).

Store credit/Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product back to us in original and good condition after deduction of INR 200 per product (incurred by NJ as two-way shipping and payment gateway charges in processing your payment)
